HOCKEY TRAINING
Worksop Hockey Club have recently made the successful appointment of Level 3 qualified hockey coach Adrian Shakesheff.
Adrian brings with him a wealth of experience, currently coaching at Worksop College and National League Doncaster.
Training takes place all year round on a weekly basis every WEDNESDAY night commencing at 6:50pm. The location is the Worksop College astro pitch.
The format will vary on a week by week basis to include:
- England Hockey Core Hockey Skills
- Fitness training
- Specific skill training
- Game scenario training
- Beginner basics
Please feel free to make suggestions for anything else you wish to be included.
Please bring both a light and dark top with you and non official club members your £2 training fee.
The meet location is the Worksop College astro pitch at 6:50pm
